Turnkey

One Contract. A Complete, Compliant Production Line.

The line, the wastewater treatment, the ventilation and the automation — designed, fabricated and commissioned by the same team, under the same contract.

What “Turnkey” Means at EVESS

01

Technical Brief & Requirements Gathering

We collect your process requirements, site conditions, capacity targets, and regulatory obligations to define the project scope.

02

Engineering & Documentation

Our engineers develop full design documentation: P&IDs, 3D layouts, equipment specs, and control system architecture.

03

Equipment Manufacturing

All components are manufactured in-house using CNC machinery and chemically resistant polymer fabrication.

04

On-Site Assembly

Our installation team handles full on-site mechanical and electrical assembly according to the approved design.

05

Commissioning & Testing

We conduct full commissioning tests, parameter tuning, and operator training before formal handover.

06

Final Acceptance & Handover

Formal project acceptance with as-built documentation, warranty certificate, and ongoing service agreement.

Why Splitting Line and ETP Contracts Fails

When the process line and the wastewater treatment plant come from different suppliers, responsibility for compliance splits too — and so does the incentive to get the interface between them right. A single accountable contract means the line's discharge, the ETP's intake, and the plant's automation are engineered together from day one.

FAQ

Manual lines suit small-batch or prototype production with 1–2 operators per shift. Semi-automatic lines automate transport while keeping operator-guided process steps, for medium volumes. Automatic lines run continuously under PLC/SCADA control with only supervisory staffing, for high-volume manufacturing.
