Electroplating

Electroplating Lines & Equipment

An electroplating line moves parts through a sequence of cleaning, pickling, plating and rinsing tanks under controlled current to deposit a metal coating — zinc, nickel, chrome, copper or electroless nickel. EVESS builds the full line: tanks, transport, rectifiers, dosing, ventilation and wastewater treatment.

Line Types We Build

Automatic Electroplating Lines

Full process automation with self-diagnosis, remote dispatcher access and integrated wastewater treatment for high-volume plating.

Semi-Automatic Lines

Automated transport with operator-guided process steps — the balance point for medium-volume plating shops.

Manual Lines

Hand-operated lines with full instrumentation for small-scale production, limited to roughly 3–5 kg load capacity per bath.

Scope of Supply

Process & rinse tanks (PP, PVC, PVDF, lined steel)
Hoist or chain-conveyor transport
Plating rectifiers with process monitoring
Electrolyte dosing & filtration
Local exhaust ventilation per bath
Automated control systems (PLC/SCADA)
Wastewater treatment interface

Layout Configurations

Rack line

Parts fixtured on racks — for larger or cosmetic-critical components.

Barrel line

Bulk small parts tumbled in rotating barrels for uniform coverage.

Combination

Rack and barrel sections sharing common rinse and dosing infrastructure.

What Determines the Price

Automation level, tank material and count, rectifier capacity, and whether wastewater treatment and ventilation are in scope all move the number.
