A process tank is a chemically resistant vessel engineered for one stage of the anodizing or plating sequence — sized, lined and fitted to the electrolyte chemistry, operating temperature and mechanical loads of that specific step.
Engineering Approach
Each tank is manufactured to exact process specifications rather than a standard catalog size. EVESS fabricates in-house from the most chemically resistant polymers available, with integrated heating/cooling coils, anode/cathode bus-bar systems, bubble agitation, and overflow or cascade rinse configurations built into the tank body.

PP and PVDF are standard for aggressive acid/alkali electrolytes; PVC and HDPE suit milder chemistries; stainless steel or titanium linings are used where mechanical loads or elevated temperatures require it.
