An anodizing line is a series of process tanks — degreasing, etching, desmutting, anodizing, coloring, sealing and cascade rinsing — connected by a hoist or automated transport system, powered by a DC rectifier, and supported by ventilation, dosing and wastewater treatment. EVESS designs, fabricates and commissions every part of that line in-house.

Automatic Anodizing Lines

Manual & Semi-Automatic Lines

Operator-guided process steps with automated temperature, dosing and current control — sized for lower volumes without sacrificing process repeatability.

Hard Anodizing (Type III)

Low-temperature, high-current-density configuration with reinforced cooling for thick, wear-resistant coatings on aerospace and MRO components.
