Ventilation & Gas Scrubber Systems
Plating-shop ventilation captures airborne acid and alkali vapors at the tank before they reach the operator; a gas scrubber then neutralizes those vapors in an irrigated packed tower before clean air is discharged.
Engineering Approach
EVESS ventilation systems use point-source extraction at each bath, with ductwork fabricated entirely from extruded chemically resistant polymer — there is no metal in the vapor path to corrode. Contaminated air is routed through a packed-tower scrubber with automated pH-controlled reagent dosing and circulation, removing acids, oxides, fluorine compounds, ammonia and hydrogen sulfide before discharge.

Ventilation and scrubbing are sized against the specific tank layout and electrolyte chemistry of your line, and their control panels integrate with the same PLC/SCADA platform as the rest of the plant.

Anodizing and etch/desmut tanks require point-source lateral or push-pull extraction sized to the tank surface area and electrolyte type, ducted to a wet scrubber before discharge — not general room ventilation alone.
